Dr. Van Le is a veteran practitioner of integrative medicine with a career spanning over 35 years across California and Vietnam. His journey into the healing arts reached a milestone in 1988, when he graduated from the San Francisco College of Acupuncture and earned his California Acupuncture License (LAc).

Driven by a desire to understand the profound impact of food as medicine, Dr. Le dedicated his career to the study of holistic nutrition. This academic and clinical pursuit culminated in 2002, when he earned his Doctorate from the International University for Complementary Medicine.

As the founder of Dr. Le Nutri Care, Dr. Le translates his deep understanding of the human body’s meridian systems and nutritional requirements into high-quality, organic products. His approach is rooted in the belief that the gut is the "second brain" and the foundation of all health—a philosophy that led to the creation of his signature Organic Probiotic Gummy and Green Complex Superfood.
